As first time landlords with little funds we learned the hard way that in order to make a success of this business we had to no option but to get things done. We have spent years perfecting our craft as property maintenance specialists in Cambridge and now we are able to offer our services exclusively to agents.

Perhaps the most welcomed descriptions of our team from our clients have been "your like an elite multi-skilled military unit whose sole task is to repair and maintain buildings." or more fondly being told we are "the ghostbusters of building repairs." 

As a team we come prepared, ready to face what ever task can be thrown at us, whether a door needs adjusting, a fence needs painting or a tap needs changing.

We work in teams of two. We have found many advantages to this as the saying goes two heads are better than one. It allows multi-tasking; two people can concentrate on different tasks at the same time. More work can be carried out in a shorter time period. Most maintenance and repair jobs by their very nature require another pair of hands.
